Job description
Overview

The team focus on the assets that form the foundation of our transport system. This apprenticeship is critical in ensuring the performance, maintenance and safety of the Elizabeth line, its stations, and assets. You will be responsible for ensuring our assets are operating at peak performance in order to carry millions of passengers per year. The first year will expose you to the various teams across TfL RfLI Elizabeth Line Maintenance team including planning, health & safety, and Engineering. Complete rostered placements across the following disciplines:

Responsibilities
  • Complete rostered placements across the following disciplines: Permanent Way Track, Telecoms, Electrification & Signalling working alongside our technicians.
  • Work with a team of qualified and licensed engineers & technicians, who will provide oversight and guidance throughout your programme, teach you the skills required for the role and share their extensive knowledge and experience. Upon successful completion of this scheme, you could roll-off into a Construction Support Manager Role where you will support the planning, delivery, and management of track projects.
  • You\'ll have opportunities to complete additional training courses to support continuous development.
