We are seeking a Welfare Support Executive to promote our welfare services and carry out welfare casework. This community‑based role is remote but covers the West Midlands : Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire. You will assess needs both remotely (telephone and online) and in person when required. You will work with individuals with complex needs, helping them access support from the RAF Benevolent Fund and other agencies, ensuring their needs are met through casework.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate : will have experience in a social welfare role, supporting individuals, with strong relationship‑building skills and empathy for the Armed Forces community. This is a home‑based role. You must have your own vehicle for regional travel and be willing to travel occasionally to London. An Enhanced DBS check and proof of right to work in the UK are required.
