Ideal candidates will have proven experience in refrigeration engineering, FGAS certification, and skills in brazing and mechanical assembly. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic test environment offering a negotiable salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in refrigeration engineering, ideally in R&D or commercial setting.
• Strong understanding of refrigerated cabinet design and components.
• FGAS certification or equivalent required.
• Skilled in brazing and mechanical assembly.
• Familiarity with testing standards and procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform performance and reliability testing on refrigerated display cabinets.
• Support prototype builds including brazing and pipework.
• Apply FGAS certification knowledge for refrigerant handling.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams.
• Record and analyse test data.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment.

Skills

Proven experience in refrigeration engineering
