Are you passionate about innovation and hands-on lab work? Join our dynamic Research & Innovation team as an R&D Technician , where you’ll play a key role in developing and testing cutting-edge packaging coatings for the food, caps & closures, and B&B markets.

About the role
  • Champion Safety : Maintain a clean, safe lab environment and follow all safety protocols.
  • Hands-On Formulation : Prepare, apply, and test coatings to meet customer and commercial needs.
  • Plan & Execute : Organize your daily / weekly lab work with guidance from senior team members.
  • Analyze & Report : Record results accurately, analyze data, and make recommendations based on your findings.
  • Grow your Expertise : Deepen your knowledge of coating chemistry and formulation techniques.
About you
  • A postgraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on lab experience.
  • Strong practical skills and a methodical approach to lab work.
  • Good command of English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of paints and coatings is a plus!
  • Availability to travel internationally during the training period is required
  • Personal vehicle to access the Site (in an industrial area)
