A leading accountancy firm in Glasgow is seeking an R&D Tax Manager to join their innovations team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, prepare technical documentation for HMRC, and contribute to business development. We are currently working with a leading accountancy firm in the UK who are looking to bolster their innovations team with several key hires at R&D Tax Manager level.
You’ll be joining a dynamic and forward‑thinking tax incentives team that’s passionate about helping businesses unlock value through HMRC reliefs. We advise on R&D tax credits, Patent Box claims, and Capital Allowances – all powerful tools that reward innovation and technological advancement.
As a Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality advisory work across all the incentives we support. You’ll lead on client relationships, manage deadlines, and become a trusted point of contact. You’ll be hands‑on with technical and numerical aspects of claims, preparing formal reports and summaries that showcase the innovation our clients are driving. You’ll also be encouraged to take ownership of your development – staying sharp on HMRC guidance and legislation, and learning through real‑world application.
