The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of high‑value projects, we are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious QS looking to build a long‑term career within the super prime sector, working on exceptional residential schemes ranging from boutique refurbishments to multi‑million‑pound luxury developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full commercial lifecycle across super prime residential and luxury fit‑out projects.
• Prepare, manage, and review tender documentation, cost plans, and bills of quantities.
• Conduct accurate valuations, variations, cost reporting, and final accounts.
• Work closely with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain rigorous cost control.
• Undertake procurement of subcontractors and materials in line with project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure commercial and contractual compliance across all projects.
• Provide clear, timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the business in developing commercial strategies for future growth.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within main contracting, ideally with exposure to luxury residential or high‑end fit‑out sectors.
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts and standard cost management processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and passion for delivering work to the highest standard.
• Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and manage changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence (due to travel within London & the Home Counties).
