Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a subcontracting environment.
• Proven track record in structural alterations and builders' work projects.
• Strong understanding of JCT subcontract forms and contractual administration.

• Prepare and submit valuations and applications for payment.
