A respected and growing construction consultancy is looking to appoint a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their team, delivering a broad mix of residential, commercial, and public sector projects across London and the South East. This is a client-facing, consultancy-side position offering strong progression, hands‑on project involvement, and flexible working arrangements.
With a healthy pipeline of housing, education, and refurbishment schemes, this opportunity is well-suited to a Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years' experience who can confidently manage cost, procurement, and contract administration from design through to delivery.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing detailed cost plans, managing procurement processes, and overseeing contract administration. The role will involve working closely with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure commercial control, value for money, and accurate cost reporting throughout each stage of the project.
The Quantity Surveyor will also support junior staff and play a key role in maintaining quality standards across multiple schemes.
