QUANTITY SURVEYOR – HYBRID WORKING – Commercial Groundworks projects – Midlands region

Salary up to £85k

Ltd Co Status £400 per day

Working for a very reputable local groundworks and civil engineering business that operates throughout the Midlands region. This role is ideally for a civil engineering or groundworks experienced Quantity Surveyor that wants to have ownership of a variety of projects strictly in the Midlands region. Hybrid Working.

Groundworks Project Packages include:

• Foundations
• Deep and Shallow Drainage
• Retaining Structures foundations
• Balancing Ponds
• Hard and Soft Landscaping
• Surfacing

All projects are working with commercial and industrial projects/clients. No residential groundworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within either Groundworks or Civil Engineering
