- Experience within the UK Rail industry.
- Ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Strong understanding of contracts such as NEC, JCT etc. and able to administer, execute and support on contracts and commercial strategies.
- Proven experience in cost estimating, preparing bills of quantities, and managing tender processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and contractual obligations.
- Experience of identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities, value engineering and cost control measures.
- Experience in managing cost, early warnings and variations.
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a related subject.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and a Full UK driving licence.
- Achieved (or working toward) RICS Chartered status (MRICS) or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Exposure to project risk management and dispute resolution.
- Experience working on large-scale or complex projects covering a range of disciplines.
