Job summary

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in modular construction to join our team in Driffield. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of cost planning and commercial management across modular projects — ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners to ensure commercial success at every stage.
