Quantity Surveyor | Residential Contractor | West London | Immediate Start
A growing developer-contractor is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of a major £20m residential refurbishment in West London, before moving on to a pipeline of residential schemes across London.
You’ll play a central role in driving procurement, commercial management, and contractual control on a technically challenging project ideal for a QS who’s confident operating independently, influencing design and delivery teams, and protecting commercial outcomes while working within a fast-paced developer environment.
This is a key hire for the business, suited to someone who can hit the ground running, communicate clearly, and bring structure to commercial processes from day one.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑moving developer‑contractor delivering high‑quality residential and mixed‑use projects across London.
With a strong pipeline and a major refurbishment scheme already underway, you’ll join a team where your input makes a direct impact on the commercial success of each project.
The culture is professional, pragmatic and collaborative ideal for QSs who enjoy taking ownership rather than being lost in a large corporate structure.
