Overview Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor atEBS you will play a key role in overseeing the financial and contractual elements of construction projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure projects are delivered within budget variations are managed and contractual obligations are adhered to. Key Responsibilities

• Commercial lead on projects
• Applications for Payment
• Cost Reporting
• Variations identify cost agree and manage
• Supply Chain tender evaluate and manage
• Ensure compliance with contract
• Undertake inspections & condition surveys
• Tender input
• Technical Support
