Quantity Surveyor (Maintenance) – Salary DOE + package | East London

Responsibilities

• Work within the maintenance division with a strong focus on refurbishment and maintenance projects
• Commence and complete jobs to final account
• Coordinate and manage costs, procurement, and contractual administration for maintenance projects
• Assist in planning, cost estimating, and value engineering where appropriate
