Overview

Quantitative Risk Manager - Insurance. Responsible for defining and guiding the organization's risk approach and ensuring effective risk oversight aligned with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the company's approach to risk, including guiding principles and internal controls, is well-defined, consistently communicated, and effectively implemented.
• Deliver 2nd line validation of numbers supplied for the ORSA.
• Lead comprehensive evaluations of critical financial and insurance risk areas.
• Own and update key risk governance documents, including the overarching risk framework and annual risk objectives.
• Monitor progress against these objectives and provide regular updates to internal governance forums.
• Compile and deliver comprehensive risk reporting on a quarterly basis for review by internal committees and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on risk matters within the organization, enhancing internal understanding and capability in risk oversight in alignment with strategic goals and operational priorities.
