Job summary

A growing manufacturing client in Warrington is seeking a QA Technician for a temporary full-time role. The ideal candidate will ensure products meet high-quality standards through inspections and quality checks. Familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Dynamics NAV is advantageous. This role offers an hourly rate of £14 and the potential for extension after the initial 4 weeks.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance logs.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support the development and improvement of QA processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to ensure product compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to health & safety and quality standards across the manufacturing process.

Role: QA Technician

Location: Wirral - full time onsite role

Hourly Rate: £14 per hour

Type: Temp - 4 weeks of work initially, potential to extend

About the Role

Russell-Taylor Group is seeking a QA Technician on a temp-to-perm basis for our growing manufacturing client in Wirral. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team and ensure our products meet high-quality standards. Experience in manufacturing, with familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Dynamics NAV, is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform inspections and quality checks on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  2. Maintain and update quality documentation, inspection reports, and non-conformance logs.
  3. Assist in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  4. Support the development and improvement of QA processes and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with production, design, and engineering teams to ensure product compliance with internal and customer requirements.
  6. Ensure adherence to health & safety and quality standards across the manufacturing process.
The Person
