Qualifications

Proven knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO9001 and AS9100.
Experience in conducting internal audits and evaluations.
Ability to map processes effectively for improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System in compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001.
Plan, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures.
Manage the internal Quality audit schedule ensuring compliance.

Quality Systems Manager will be based at either our Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working.

The salary for this role is up to £60k, depending on experience.

Whatyoullbedoing

Lead and maintain the companys Quality Management System (known as our BMS) in compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards

Plan, implement, and oversee the quality assurance policies and procedures of the organisation, identifying opportunities for improvement and aligning with our CI programme

Work with Functional leaders to develop and optimise process definition driving efficiency and a user friendly BMS

Host and lead external and customer audits

Manage the internal Quality audit schedule ensuring compliance to company and regulatory requirements

Liaise with the cross functional audit team to ensure they maintain SQEP and support the audit programme
