Salary: £45,000 per annum (not pro‑rated)
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm

Wetheringsett Manor School is seeking an ambitious, strategic, and compassionate Quality of Education Co‑ordinator to join our leadership team. In this role, you will play a central part in shaping and maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across the school, ensuring every pupil benefits from a stimulating, inclusive, and outcomes‑focused education.
As our Quality of Education Co‑ordinator, you will lead the development, monitoring, and evaluation of the curriculum, assessment, and intervention strategies across all key stages. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee pupil progress, support staff development, and ensure teaching approaches meet the diverse needs of our students. You will also maintain a teaching presence where required, oversee external and internal reporting, and contribute to curriculum enrichment initiatives such as careers, work experience, and educational visits. This is an exciting opportunity to influence school‑wide improvement, champion inclusion, and ensure every learner thrives academically, socially, and personally.

Wetheringsett Manor School is a new independent day SEMH School for up to 100 pupils aged 7‑18. Our dedicated team works together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life. The school opened to pupils in November 2020 and is located in 17 acres of parkland with wooded boundaries on the edge of the village of Wetheringsett.
