A leading cancer center in Manchester is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the implementation of a quality management program. Responsibilities include monitoring safety, managing compliance, and improving patient experience by coordinating risks and audits. Job summary: Quality Manager within SACT and Outpatient Services at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. The role involves developing, implementing and managing a quality management program, and monitoring safety, risk and governance in line with trust policy and the quality surveillance programme.
You will work with the SACT and Outpatient Service management team to monitor and coordinate incidents, risk and data management systems for protocols, complaints and executive reviews. You will audit the service and contribute to improving patient experience. You will liaise with patients, carers and staff both internally and externally, producing written and analytical reports and managing your own workload in a self-directed but team-focused manner.
