Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000+ per annum (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing and developing the QA team, including recruitment and shift coverage.
  • Implementing effective QA processes and quality assembler improvement plans.
  • Leading root‑cause investigations and driving corrective actions.
  • Maintaining and improving site quality management systems.
  • Promoting food safety and quality culture across all departments.
  • Representing the business in customer and retailer meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with customer and site requirements through robust sampling plans.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in FMCG manufacturing (ideally food production).
  • Proven leadership skills managing large teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining high standards.
