The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about driving excellence across major construction projects? Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across a diverse portfolio of large-scale schemes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction quality management, design management, or planning – with a solid track record on large-scale projects within sectors such as education, healthcare, or commercial and must have experience with 4D Models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to produce and interpret 4D models for bids and logistics planning
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence
• Full UK driving licence
• Establish systems, structure, and discipline needed to ensure consistency and confidence in reporting across the unit
