Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is recruiting for a Quality Inspector for their site near Nuneaton. Reporting to the Chief Inspector, the role will involve undertaking CMM, visual, dimensional, and final inspections of precision aerospace parts and components.

Job Details

Title: Quality Inspector

Type: Permanent

Salary: Salary dependent on experience

Shift: Rotating Day Shift, 6am - 6pm; Rotating Night Shift, 6pm - 6am

Location: Nuneaton

Responsibilities
  • Perform CMM, manual, visual, and final inspections to ensure all products meet company and customer quality requirements.
  • Coordinate subcontract and dispatch processes, verify documentation, and maintain accurate production and inspection records.
  • Evaluate products using inspection data, liaise with production and quality teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Support smooth production flow through prioritised inspections, assist operators with quality concerns, and promote lean manufacturing principles.
  • Develop and improve CMM inspection methods, deliver technical training, and support new product introduction projects.
