Are you an experienced Quality Inspector looking for your next career move? Our client, a leading manufacturer in the moulding sector, is seeking a motivated and detail driven Quality Inspector to join their team. With a strong reputation for product excellence and continuous improvement, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining high standards across the factory operations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out compliance inspections, first-off checks, goods in assessments and end of line audits, ensuring products meet the required quality standards at every stage of production.
• Use CMM and hand measurement tools for metrology checks, report and manage non-conformances and liaise closely with production teams to agree actions for improvement.
• Support quarantine control, maintain accurate records and uphold 6S and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong IT skills and an eye for detail with excellent accuracy.
• Knowledge of quality testing methods is essential.
• Experience with injection moulding, identifying product faults and using CMM equipment would be highly desirable.
• Proactive, adaptable and methodical with the confidence to communicate effectively across teams.
