£14,487 - £17,093 per annum (£31,691 - £37,391 FTE)

Were looking for a Quality and Improvement Officer to join our team on a 16-hour per week basis as part of a job share. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Housing, Care & Support management, or auditing and policy development.

About The Role

Youll play a key role in ensuring that NCHAs Care & Support and Housing services meet regulatory expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a programme of audits across all operational areas within HW to meet regulatory, statutory, and quality assurance standards, uploading your audit findings to our audit management system, Kaizen, within agreed deadlines.
  • Reviewing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contributing to policy and procedure updates and supporting investigations into quality or compliance issues.
  • Attending audits, meetings, training, and workshops in person, with flexibility to complete other tasks at times that suit you.
