Job summary

A recruitment firm is looking for a Quality & Environmental Manager in London. This role involves leading the Quality & Environmental function, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards across projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, strong understanding of large-scale construction lifecycles, and excellent IT and interpersonal skills. The position offers an annual salary package of £85,000-£95,000.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of large-scale construction project lifecycles, ideally with a main contractor background.
• Proven ability to deliver training, guidance and practical support.
• Hands-on approach with both detailed focus and strategic thinking capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Quality & Environmental function.
• Develop and implement KPIs, policies, procedures and systems.
• Conduct regular audits of Q&E systems and procedures.
• Support external auditors for ISO certifications.
• Build strong internal relationships to ensure effective implementation of Q&E policies.
