You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop, and implement quality control measures, and monitor performance. A strong background in quality management, process improvement, and data analysis is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and analyzing process improvement opportunities.
  • Developing and implementing quality control measures, SOPs, work instructions, and checklists.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing CAPAs.
  • Collaborating on process improvement projects.
  • Using statistical analysis to identify trends and implement solutions.
  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs.
  • Leading continuous improvement workshops and training.
  • Supporting production teams to ensure quality standards.
  • Staying updated with industry best practices.

  • A bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject, Quality Management, or related field.
