Working closely with Regional Directors and Home Managers, you will lead the development of care and clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Quality Development Manager to join our vibrant and dedicated team covering the Yorkshire Region.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Regional Directors and Home Managers to develop care and clinical services and deliver high-quality care as recognized through external regulation ratings.
  • Introduce, engage and develop colleagues, embedding best practice and monitoring compliance for a range of care and clinical initiatives.
  • Embed best practice by monitoring compliance of key performance indicators such as tissue viability, nutrition, end‑of‑life care, and medication.
  • Analyse individual home data to identify and respond to trends or concerns.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
  • Full Driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Quality and governance experience, ideally in a care home setting.
  • A determination to ensure best care is practiced and an innovative mindset to achieve this.
