What You’ll Do

As a Quality Control Technician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, food safety and hygiene in our Abattoir and Boning Hall. You’ll work closely with QA colleagues, production staff and supervisors to ensure every product leaving our facility meets strict internal and regulatory standards.

Key Tasks Include
  • Carrying out visual inspection and trimming to ensure quality compliance
  • Identifying contamination risks and reporting issues promptly
  • Logging non-conformance and maintaining accurate inspection records
  • Ensuring hygiene protocols and food safety standards are followed
  • Collaborating with QA and production teams to resolve issues and continually improve standards
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience in meat processing or food production
  • A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of responsibility for quality
  • Basic understanding of hygiene and health & safety best practices
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and chilled temperatures
  • Ability to work methodically, proactively and within a team
