Primarily Covering: London, Suffolk, Hampshire and Kent

£37,252.13 per annum rising to £39,212.75 per annum after 12 months, and Company Car

28 hours per week

About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Quality and Clinical team.

As an Audit Specialist for predominately CQC Registered Supported Living Services, you’ll play a key role in championing excellence across our supported living and some Care services. Using a comprehensive audit tool aligned with the CQC’s Single Assessment Framework, you’ll assess the quality of care in our services with a collaborative and balanced approach.

The role of the Quality Assurance Coordinator will:
  • Conduct audits across supported living services, and some residential and nursing homes using a robust framework aligned with CQC
  • Identify and showcase areas of positive practice, celebrating excellence in care delivery
  • Highlight opportunities for improvement and provide constructive, tailored feedback
  • Work closely with operational teams to support sustainable, long-term enhancements in service quality
  • Produce clear, insightful reports that inform and empower care teams
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, helping services evolve and excel
Skills and experience
  • Proven experience as a Health and Social Care Auditor, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as the CQC’s Single Assessment Framework
  • Experience working in or with Supported Living services
  • Ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical, supportive guidance for care teams
  • Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback
  • A collaborative mindset, working effectively with operational colleagues to drive improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to different teams and service settings
  • A dynamic and forward-thinking approach to quality assurance and service development
  • Passion for partnership working and a commitment to enhancing care standards
  • Willingness to travel regionally, with flexibility across varied residential and nursing home environments
