Overview

Qualified Social Worker, Sensory, Physical and Neurological Team — Pay rate up to £30 per hour. Contract role. Warrington.

The service primarily works with people under the age of 65 with a diverse range of complex needs including Physical Disability, Mental Health, Learning Disability, Acquired Brain Injury and Autistic Spectrum Conditions. We provide our Social Workers with the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through training and professional development with Court of Protection, S42 Adult Safeguarding Enquiries, Continuing Health Care, Best Interest Decisions and Mental Capacity Assessments. You will work within the legislation of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act to deliver personalised assessments, support planning and reviews to achieve holistic outcomes. We are looking for people with a can-do attitude and in return, as a valued member you will be fully supported with your caseload.
