Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Braintree

Permanent Position | 40 Hours per Week | Monday‑Friday

Immediate Start or January 2026

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, well‑established nursery in Braintree. This full‑time permanent position offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner you will be an essential part of the team, supporting children's early education and development.

Responsibilities
  • Creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment for all children
  • Planning and leading engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Observing and recording children's progress, contributing to planning and next steps
  • Forming strong, positive relationships with children and their families
  • Supporting children's social, emotional and personal development
  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety policies are consistently upheld
  • Working collaboratively with a committed and enthusiastic team
