A global organisation in food safety is seeking a QSR Retail Auditor to cover the Northern Ireland region on a zero-hours contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service or retail, knowledge of Food Safety, and essential qualifications such as GCSEs in Mathematics and English. This role involves traveling to various sites to conduct audits for prominent names in the UK food industry, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and own car are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits for various Food and Restaurant clients.
• Travel to client sites across the Northern Ireland region.

ABOUT YOU

We are currently seeking someone who has a background in Food Service or Retail Food to join our global organisation as a QSR Retail Auditor and join us on a zero-hours contract to cover the Northern Ireland region.

Required skills and experience :

• Experience working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory / processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirable
• Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team
• Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous
• Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous
• Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant / Food environment
• Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential
• Full UK Driving licence and own car

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Food Retail Auditor, you will be part of Intertek SAI Global business and will be travelling to client sites to conduct the audit for a variety of Food and Restaurant clients, including Fast Food chains, High Street Restaurants, and Commercial Food Venues on a zero-hours contract.
