A leading facilities management organisation is seeking a QSHE Manager to oversee operational teams, ensuring high standards of Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental performance. The role requires a hands-on approach with travel across the UK, supporting safety culture, compliance with health and safety legislation, and maintaining ISO management systems. The ideal candidate will have significant QSHE experience and strong influencing skills, along with a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma and a valid UK driving licence.

Join a leading facilities management organisation as a QSHE Manager, supporting operational teams to deliver high standards of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental performance across a multi-site portfolio.

This is a hands-on role with national exposure, offering the chance to influence safety culture, support contract teams, and help maintain robust management systems across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide QSHE support to contract and operational management teams.
  • Carry out site inspections, audits, and follow up on actions and non-compliances.
  • Support risk assessments, method statements, and contract safety plans.
  • Lead and support accident and incident investigations.
  • Develop and deliver QSHE training where required.
  • Support client audits and contract mobilisation activity.
  • Contribute to the national QSHE team and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and support certification to ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
What We re Looking For
  • QSHE experience within Facilities Management, M&E, or multi-site environments.
  • Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and statutory compliance.
  • Experience working with ISO management systems.
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing skills.
  • NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence.
