Job summary

A UK recruitment agency is seeking a qualified QC Inspector in Tadley. This role requires active SC Clearance and experience in civils and onsite inspections. The successful candidate will review procedures and documentation, perform QC inspections in line with ITPs, and attend necessary meetings. Ideal candidates will possess a CSCS card and have experience on major infrastructure projects. This position is based on-site in Reading with a quick start needed.

Qualifications

• Must have active SC Clearance.
• Experience within quality related role on a major infrastructure project.
• Civils biased inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QC inspections in line with accepted ITPs.
• Review and accept procedures and documentation per QC1 requirements.
• Witness tests and on-site inspections.

Job description

Do you have current SC Clearance? Do you have inspection experience on civils? Do you have knolwedge of ITP's and LTQR's? We have a requirement for a QC inspector for a Client in Reading, quick start required so MUST have at least active SC. Job will be based on-site in Reading to support Supplier and undertake surveillance and witnessing.

Essential Requirements

• SC Clearance or above
• Experience within quality related role on a major infrastructure project.
• Civils biased
• Experience in onsite inspections against an approved Detail Design with ability to read and understand drawings
• CSCS card
• MS office experience

Job Description

• Review and acceptance of procedures and documentation in accordance with QC1 requirements.
• QC inspections in accordance with accepted ITPs.
• Ongoing review and final acceptance of LTRs.
• Witnessing of tests & on-site Inspections.
• Attendance of any required meetings.
