Job Title: Implementation Lead (Cornerstone LMS)

Contract: Civil Service Learning (Learning Frameworks 2.0)
Location: UK-based, remote with occasional travel
Reports To: Head of Learning Technology
1-year fixed term contract

As the Implementation Lead you will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of the Cornerstone platform for the Learning Frameworks 2.0 program. This includes configuration, integration, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and ensuring the platform meets the needs of multiple government departments and complies with public sector standards.

As the Product Owner you will lead the development and delivery of learning technology products under the Learning Frameworks 2.0 contract. This includes managing the roadmap for platforms such as Cornerstone and the wider learning technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with civil service objectives, and driving user‑centred design and integration across systems.

As the Program Manager you will lead the day‑to‑day operational activities and project management of a large‑scale integrated learning technology solution for the Learning Frameworks 2.0 Civil Service Learning contract. You will ensure that all learning services, technologies, and stakeholder engagements are executed to time, quality, and budget. This role is central to translating strategic intent into operational delivery across the public sector learning ecosystem, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and innovative learning services to the UK Civil Service.
