A leading food production company in Bristol is seeking a QA Technologist to ensure product quality and safety compliance. The role involves conducting audits, collating samples for testing, and maintaining technical support on the factory floor. Qualifications

• Relevant Food Science Qualification or degree.
• Experience within Food Industry or similar role desirable.
• Basic Food Hygiene qualification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products comply with customer standards.
• Collate product samples for routine microbiological testing.
• Assist in site visits and audits.
• Maintain technical presence on the factory floor.
• Set and improve standards on the factory floor.
• Ensure audit readiness 365 days a year.
• Attend daily management meetings.
• Ensure CCP audits and training are conducted.
• Collate taste panel samples.
• Conduct post hygiene audits and close out non-conformances.
• Perform daily black bags audits.
