Role Summary:

The QA Customer Specifications Administrator provides prompt, accurate information and documentation to UK customers, handling requests such as site approval questionnaires, customer specifications, traceability requests, audit questionnaires, product information, and ad hoc customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Complete customer requests and documentation, including site approval questionnaires and specifications.
  2. Review specifications on customer platforms within specified deadlines.
  3. Maintain Halal and Kosher certifications.
  4. Organize and update internal QA documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  5. Manage customer details and communicate directly with customers as needed.
  6. Collaborate with customer care and corporate teams to ensure high-quality service and accurate information.
About You:
  1. Experience in a laboratory or quality environment.
  2. Understanding of food technology is advantageous.
  3. Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with effective communication abilities.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is beneficial.
  5. Proactive with a positive attitude, initiative, and resilience.
  6. Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology, or related field is advantageous.
