This is a newly created role within the Client Liaison team at Pyrford International. The role serves as a key contact for clients and consultants, handling "high touch" bespoke performance requests that require quick turnaround and an agile approach.

Responsibilities
  • Handle client requests for investigation into changes in performance metrics calculated by Columbia Threadneedle Investments.
  • Manage 100-200 bespoke performance requests annually.
  • Support Fund Managers with performance metrics.
  • Provide industry information as needed.
Qualifications

To succeed, you should have:

  • Extensive post-qualification experience in Performance Management.
  • A proven track record of building strong collaborative relationships across all levels, including senior management.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with offshore or outsourced teams.
  • Previous experience with banking systems and a solid understanding of Financing & Securities products.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Access (below VBA level).
  • Strong accounting knowledge of asset management products.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, results-driven, and committed to deadlines.
  • A logical, detailed approach to analysis and interpretation.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to challenge existing processes and improve quality.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Relevant qualification (CFA preferred).
