Role: Purchasing Specialist - Generator Manufacturer

Based: Home Based - UK Based - EMEA Remit

Salary: £60,000 Basic plus 10% Annual Bonus, healthcare + pension

Responsibilities

The role is an international project purchasing role and is responsible for managing strategic product and service families linked to specific projects. The objective is to secure supply chains, optimise costs, and ensure overall purchasing performance in a demanding international environment.

Candidate profile / Qualifications
  • Purchasing or supply chain training with proven experience (5 -10 years minimum) in International technical purchasing or industrial projects. Ideally, this will be in a Power Generation related sector.
  • Proficiency in purchasing tools (ERP, e-sourcing) and negotiation techniques
  • Professional English required, French would be a plus
  • Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in project mode and manage priorities.
  • Located in the UK.
