Overview

Be among the first 25 applicants. Andor is implementing an organisational wide MRP system. The project team includes Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Production and Sales Operations. An additional Purchasing Officer role has been created to support our Purchasing team.

The Purchasing Officer will ensure the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services as part of our wider Supply Chain Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing activities, order placement, maintenance of delivery dates, communicating with Production and escalating any issues.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct purchasing activities and place orders to meet production and supplier needs.
  • Maintain delivery dates and communicate with Production teams regarding status and milestones.
  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure supply continuity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to optimise procurement processes.
Qualifications
  • 2 years’ relevant purchasing experience.
  • Customer-focused internally with production teams and externally with suppliers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strengths in sourcing and managing suppliers.
