A consultancy firm in Shrewsbury is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to provide vital admin support for tender processes and perform cost comparisons. Candidates should have prior experience in procurement roles, particularly in retail environments. The ideal applicant will be organized, reliable, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. This role is based at a Shrewsbury site and is commutable from several nearby towns.
Previous experience as a Purchasing Administrator / Buying Assistant / Procurement Support role, ideally in a retail / re-sale environment. High attention to detail, well organized, motivated, reliable and flexible. Demonstrated analytical approach, IT literate (Ms Excel, ERP etc) and excellent communication skills.
Location: Shrewsbury based site, commutable from Telford, Oswestry, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton.
