Description
  • Liaise with suppliers to source and secure packages for clients.
  • Track and monitor stock levels to ensure the continuous availability of packages.
  • Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Team, assisting with accurate record‑keeping of supplier agreements and stock.
  • Communicate effectively within the team to streamline processes and ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Handle financial data in line with information security policies, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Follow role‑based access controls and maintain secure records in accounting systems.
