Our Well-Established client based in Evesham is looking for a proactive Purchasing Administrator to join their busy and fast‑paced purchasing team. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and building strong supplier relationships, this could be the perfect fit.

What you'll do:
  • Process large volumes of purchase orders with accuracy and speed
  • Check invoices, pricing, and supplier information to keep records up to date
  • Handle import/export documents and ensure all paperwork is compliant
  • Maintain tidy and reliable databases, files, and purchasing records
  • Communicate daily with suppliers by phone and email, resolving queries quickly
  • Share updates and important supplier information with internal teams
  • Support the wider purchasing team with everyday admin tasks
