Qualifications

  • Experience in purchase ledger and bookkeeping.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Confidence in using Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Process all purchase invoices for UK and Dutch companies.
  • Prepare payment runs and supplier reconciliations.
  • Perform bank entries and reconciliations for UK and Dutch accounts.
  • Manage expenses and credit card processing.
  • Ensure internal controls regarding the purchase ledger.
