A leading automotive company in Bracknell seeks a candidate for a role focused on managing translation and printing processes. The ideal applicant will have strong data analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with internal and external partners across Europe and Japan, driving project activity and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Fluency in Business English is required, and knowledge of European languages is a plus.
At Honda we embrace inclusion in our policies. The role offers hours as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, with flexibility for when you work. Regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break, and 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. Daily flex-time start is between 07:00 and 11:00, subject to business requirements. There is no contractual right to work from home, but you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again subject to business needs.
Role Reporting to the Publications Section Manager, this role is an opportunity to support the Honda customer experience through the provision of printed and digital Owners Manuals and other documentation. This role involves the entire process from receipt of master data from Japan, local adaptation, translation through to production and delivery to local logistics centres in the UK and across the European region. Several external agencies and internal customers’ activities need to be managed to ensure success in this role. To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and analytical skills. You will be an innovator, capable of generating new ideas and identifying opportunities, and then carrying them through successfully against an agreed set of objectives.
