A recruitment agency is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to work with their client in Cambridgeshire. The position is a hybrid role requiring at least four days onsite per week. Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience to master's level.
  • Experience as a Business Partner or similar role.
  • Experience in writing consultation papers and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Community Unit and Service Leads for HR advice.
  • Promote HR management matters as a subject matter expert.
  • Lead recruitment and retention strategies within services.
  • Support development and implementation of HR policies.
