You will join a proactive, mixed-skill team delivering the Healthy Child Programme as part of the 0-25 Service, which includes Health Visiting and School Nursing. You will work with local statutory, health and voluntary agencies to provide accessible, person-centred packages of care in response to individual and local need. Applications are welcomed from both experienced and newly qualified nurses; some previous community experience is beneficial. We have an established preceptorship programme and you will be supported by your manager and colleagues, with opportunities for personal and professional development, regular appraisal, clinical and safeguarding supervision.
