Requirements:
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, QTLS, or equivalent) - or willingness to work towards one
  • Degree or strong subject background in Sociology, Criminology, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Experience teaching in Further Education or Secondary (KS5) is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and classroom-management skills
  • A passion for inclusive education and learner success
