A financial services provider is seeking a Protection Advisor in the UK for a fully remote role. We’re a growing team of 20 dedicated Protection Advisors, led by two experienced Sales Managers. Backed by a vibrant culture and a clear sense of purpose, we’re focused on delivering the right protection solutions for every client.
Our work spans Life Insurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness Cover, and Family Income Benefit. With access to a large panel of providers, we tailor each recommendation to suit individual needs—no off‑the‑shelf policies here.
All our leads come exclusively from our 70 Mortgage Advisors, so we’re always speaking to customers who are already engaged and open to advice. We collaborate closely, move quickly, and support each other every step of the way—making protection simple, personal, and effective.
We keep things flexible but structured to make sure we’re there when our customers need us. Our Protection Advisors work a 39‑hour week, on 3 shift patterns to align with our opening hours and a 1‑hour lunch break. You will have a set weekly rota made up of the below shifts. (Usually 2 Early shifts and 1x Mid, 1x Late)
