The role involves identifying potential supporters, managing data for fundraising efforts, and contributing to strategic recommendations for donor engagement. Prospect Researcher, Development. Permanent, Full time (35 hours per week). Hybrid working. Salary: £29,686 per annum.
We are: Looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Prospect Researcher to join the Development Team at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. We are a small and incredibly busy department: The Royal Conservatoire is an internationally recognised institution, and the only performing arts conservatoire in the UK that offers training in all the main performing arts disciplines.
Someone who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a passion for philanthropy and the arts. You will have strong research and analytical skills, and the ability to identify potential supporters, including High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals, corporates, and trusts and foundations. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, you will be skilled in developing strategies to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders, particularly across the UK, North America, and other priority recruitment and fundraising regions for RCS. Your approach will be evidence-based and strategic, aligning with the wider ambitions of Scotland’s national conservatoire.
You will: work independently and as part of a team; be able to develop strategies to build relationships with key stakeholders; have a proactive, evidence-based, strategic approach; and be capable of working across the UK, North America, and other priority regions for RCS.
Please note working remotely within the UK may be considered for a suitably qualified candidate.
